Rural Teacher of the Year Award

The Kentucky Rural Education Association and Eastern Kentucky University are proudly sponsoring the Kentucky Rural Teacher of the Year award.

This award provides an opportunity to recognize a teacher who demonstrates exceptional dedication, innovation, and impact in a rural school and community. The recipient will be recognized at a Capitol Day event in Frankfort on February 10th and will be submitted as our state’s nomination for the National Rural Education Association’s Teacher of the Year.
